Company Information
eSIMBLACK Card is operated as part of eSIMBLACK under IT GLOBALSITE LTD, United Kingdom, London N1 7GU.
Service Description
eSIMBLACK Card is a digital travel card service connected to the eSIMBLACK ecosystem. It is designed for travelers who want a safer way to spend online and abroad without exposing their main credit cards. Users can register, top up from the web, create up to three digital cards, and rotate or replace cards where supported.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your location, and able to enter into a binding agreement. You must provide accurate account, identity, cardholder, billing, and support information.
Digital Cards
- Cards are digital and may be used online or in compatible wallets such as Apple Pay or Google Pay where supported.
- Card availability, approval, limits, countries, wallet compatibility, merchants, currencies, fees, and replacement rules may depend on the card provider and applicable law.
- Users may hold up to three active cards unless eSIMBLACK Card changes limits or the card provider applies a different limit.
- Users are responsible for keeping card details, devices, wallets, and login credentials secure.
Top-Ups and Payments
Users may add funds using available payment methods shown on the platform. Top-up availability, processing time, limits, fees, currency conversion, payment failures, chargebacks, and refunds may depend on payment processors, banks, card providers, and fraud checks.
Travel Use
eSIMBLACK Card is intended to help travelers separate travel spending from their main credit cards. It does not guarantee merchant acceptance, uninterrupted wallet availability, or approval by every airline, hotel, store, website, or payment network.
Acceptable Use
- Do not use the service for illegal activity, fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, abuse, harassment, unauthorized transactions, or prohibited goods and services.
- Do not provide false identity, billing, account, cardholder, or support information.
- Do not attempt to bypass card limits, security controls, provider rules, or compliance checks.
Suspension or Closure
We may suspend, restrict, replace, or close access if required by law, provider rules, fraud checks, security concerns, payment disputes, misuse, or violation of these Terms.
Refunds and Disputes
Refunds, failed top-ups, disputed transactions, or card issues are reviewed case by case. Some payments, used balances, fees, currency conversions, card issuance costs, and provider charges may be non-refundable unless required by law.
Third-Party Providers
Card issuing, payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, banking rails, identity checks, fraud checks, and connectivity services may depend on third-party providers with their own rules, limits, availability, and terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, eSIMBLACK Card is provided on an as available basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages caused by provider outages, payment failures, merchant refusal, device issues, user error, fraud, account compromise, or events outside our reasonable control.
