What eSIMBLACK Card Does

eSIMBLACK Card provides digital virtual card services for travelers and cardclub users. Users may create up to three digital cards, top up their card balance from the web, replace or rotate cards when needed, and use compatible cards with Apple Pay or Google Pay where supported by the card provider, device, country, and merchant.

Information We Collect

Account information such as name, email address, login credentials, account status, preferences, and support history.
Card service information such as cardholder profile details, virtual card status, masked card identifiers, top-up history, replacement history, and transaction metadata needed to operate the service.
Payment and top-up information such as amount, currency, payment confirmation, order ID, refund status, and fraud-prevention signals. Full payment card details are handled by secure payment providers and are not stored directly by eSIMBLACK Card.
Device and technical data such as IP address, browser, operating system, approximate location, cookies, logs, and security events.
Support information such as messages, screenshots, device details, travel destination, payment issue details, and communication history.

How We Use Information

To create and manage user accounts and digital card access.
To issue, replace, rotate, top up, secure, and support virtual cards.
To process payments, top-ups, refunds, disputes, fraud checks, and service notifications.
To provide customer support and troubleshoot card, payment, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or account issues.
To protect the platform, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and improve the customer experience.

Sharing Information

We may share information with card issuers, payment processors, fraud-prevention providers, hosting providers, support tools, analytics services, legal advisors, regulators, courts, law enforcement, or other service providers when needed to operate the service, protect users, comply with law, or resolve disputes.

Data Retention

We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for account operation, card services, transactions, legal obligations, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and security. Some transaction or compliance records may be retained after account deletion when required by law or operational requirements.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards including encryption, access controls, secure hosting, monitoring, and authentication controls. No digital system is completely secure. Users must protect their login credentials and devices.
